This almost seems to suggest the library is not fully installed but I am not sure what I should be looking for, and have burnt so much time trying to scour the KB and forums in an effort to fix this. Secondly when is comes to a fuse it will not go to the AS2 but remains as a JIS image. However, when searching components the JIS images are shown instead of the AS2 images, until you select the component and then it will show correctly in the drawing. I have even removed the directory manually and asked ACAD to reinstall which did place the directory and components again into the system.
I have confirmed that the AS2 has been installed and the library is both installed on the system and the drawing does have this included. The main and first one is that being that we are in Australia we need to have the Australian standards included. I have searched teh forums and the KB but neither have assisted in resolving these issues. I currently have issues with the user trying to deal with all of this and it seems that either there is something majorly wrong with the installation or the method being used is not correct.
I have done this as per normal and this has seemed to go ok. Currently they are on 2019 and asked me to install this. I am hoping you can assist me as I am definitely not an AutoCAD user but do support a client which has just pushed autocad within their business.
